The next step is to collect all the physical documents and upload them to the client portal.

Important Note: While you are preparing to send the document for the processing of your Federal PR file if you
are MARRIED, the following documents are required from both, you, and your SPOUSE along with CHILDREN (IF
APPLICABLE), irrespective of the fact whether your spouse is accompanied or unaccompanied on the file.

  • Canadian RCMP for everyone
  • Indian PCC for everyone.
  • Police clearance is required from any other country in which you or your spouse has resided for more than 6 months
  • Upfront Medical for everyone
  • Digital Picture for everyone
  • Passport for everyone

Documents Needed:

  1. Passports of all applicants:(COLOURED COPY OF First and last pages and including all pages showing the country in and out stamps including any visa stamps
    pages)
  2. Original and Translated copy of Birth certificate (For all the applicants)
  3. Digital photo oF all applicants:
    • The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
    • The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
    • Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least420 x 540.
    • If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
    • The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.
    • The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
